Second, that kind of collaborative innovation center plan needs to adjust, will be after the adjustment plan submitted together, the submitted after the implementation of the scheme will be inspection on collaborative innovation center and the basis of performance evaluation;If no adjustment will be subject to existing implementation plan.
Three, foster collaborative innovation center to make preparations for implementation plan on-site demonstration, and submit the time for the demonstration program, the collaborative innovation center (nurture) in principle should be completed on or before 20 September on-site demonstration.
